Coming Soon: "Body by Science" Review

One of the reasons I started "The PE Guy Podcast" is that I love researching health and fitness. This week I am reading the book "Body by Science" by Doug McGuff, M.D., and John Little. If you are unfamiliar with this book, it is a fascinating look at a revolutionary, science-based way to train your body for optimal health. I will be creating an episode to talk more in-depth about this book very soon.
